PRODUCTS

We specialize in a range of flat carbon steel products, each with unique properties and applications. Our hot rolled coils are ideal for products that require high strength, such as construction materials and automotive parts. Our cold rolled coils offer improved dimensional accuracy and are often used in appliances, automotive components, and electrical equipment. Metall coated coils provide added durability and are commonly used in roofing materials, siding, and automotive parts. Pre-painted coils offer customizable aesthetics and are popular for building facades, signage, and consumer products. Tinplate coils provide a barrier against corrosion and are commonly used in food packaging and metal containers. Finally, our electrical steel products, both grain and non-grain oriented, offer superior magnetic properties and are used in a variety of electrical equipment applications.

Hot Rolled

Hot rolled coils are made by heating flat carbon steel and rolling it into thin strips. They are typically used to make products that require a high degree of strength, such as construction materials, automotive parts, and pipes. Example of use: Structural beams for construction.

Cold Rolled

Cold rolled coils are made by taking hot rolled coils and further processing them through a cold rolling process. This results in a smoother, more uniform surface finish and improved dimensional accuracy. They are often used for applications that require precise tolerances, such as appliances, automotive components, and electrical equipment. Example of use: Automotive body panels.

Metall Coated

Metall coated coils are made by applying a thin layer of metal, such as zinc or aluminum, to the surface of flat carbon steel. This coating helps to protect the steel from corrosion and other environmental factors. They are often used in applications that require a high level of durability, such as roofing materials, siding, and automotive parts. Example of use: Roofing sheets.

Pre Painted

Pre painted coils are flat carbon steel coils that have been coated with a layer of paint or other protective coating. This coating helps to improve the appearance and durability of the steel, and can be customized to match a variety of colors and finishes. They are often used in applications that require a high degree of aesthetics, such as building facades, signage, and consumer products. Example of use: Home appliances.

Tinplate

Tinplate coils are flat carbon steel coils that have been coated with a thin layer of tin. This coating provides a barrier against corrosion and helps to improve the shelf life of food and other products that are packaged in tinplate. They are often used in the food packaging industry, as well as for the production of cans, closures, and other metal containers. Example of use: Food cans.

Electrical steel

Electrical steel is a type of flat carbon steel that has been specially processed to exhibit unique magnetic properties. Grain oriented electrical steel (GOES) has a highly uniform crystalline structure that allows it to exhibit superior magnetic properties in a particular direction, making it ideal for use in electrical transformers and other power generation equipment. Non-grain oriented electrical steel (NGOES), on the other hand, has a uniform magnetic structure that is not aligned in a particular direction. NGOES is often used in the production of motors, generators, and other electrical equipment. Both GOES and NGOES are used in a variety of electrical applications due to their high magnetic permeability, low core loss, and excellent electrical conductivity. Examples of use include power transformers for electrical power distribution, electric motors for industrial machinery, and other electrical equipment.
